Nilfold is an Android app that estimates a debt payoff from numbers you type on the phone where it is installed. You enter a name, a balance, a yearly interest rate, and a minimum payment. Nilfold builds a month-by-month table on the device. It does not connect to a bank, does not lend money, and does not move payments.
Accounts
Nilfold does not ask you to create an account, and it does not offer a sign-in. There is no Nilfold user profile on a server operated by PocketFoundry.
Data stored on the phone
The app saves a local file that can contain debt names, balances, yearly rates, minimum payments, whether a row is an example, the extra amount for each month, the payoff order, the currency code, whether the examples have already been created, whether the example notice has been dismissed, and whether the one-time unlock is recorded on this phone. That file stays in the app's private storage. Nilfold does not upload it.
You can edit or delete a debt inside the app. Remove examples deletes only rows that are still marked as examples. Uninstalling the app removes the local file from that phone. A new phone does not receive the old file. Android backup is turned off for this app. If the file cannot be read, Nilfold replaces it with examples, and the previous numbers cannot be recovered from the app.
Purchases
Google Play processes the optional one-time purchase that raises the debt limit from two to eight and enables CSV export. Nilfold uses the Play Billing library to ask whether that product is owned and to show the price Play returns. The app does not receive your card number. Google's handling of payment data is covered by Google's own policies. The Billing library uses the Internet permission. Nilfold does not add an advertising SDK or an analytics SDK.
Permissions
The app declares the Internet permission. The Play Billing library also merges a network-state permission. Both are used when you buy or restore the one-time purchase. Nilfold does not request notifications, contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone, or a foreground service.
Sharing
CSV export, after the one-time purchase, creates a file in the app's cache and opens the system share sheet. The file goes only where you send it. Nilfold does not sell data and does not share the estimate with a server of its own.
Children
Nilfold is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Nilfold estime le remboursement d'une dette à partir des nombres que vous saisissez sur ce téléphone. Il ne se connecte pas à une banque, ne prête pas et ne déplace aucun paiement. Il n'y a pas de compte ni de connexion. PocketFoundry ne conserve pas de profil Nilfold sur un serveur. Le fichier local peut contenir les noms, soldes, taux annuels, paiements minimums, si une ligne est encore un exemple, le montant supplémentaire mensuel, l'ordre, le code de devise et si le déblocage unique est enregistré sur ce téléphone. Nilfold ne l'envoie pas. La modification et la suppression se font dans l'application. Retirer les exemples ne supprime que les lignes encore marquées comme exemples. La désinstallation supprime le fichier. La sauvegarde Android est désactivée. Si le fichier est illisible, Nilfold le remplace par des exemples et l'application ne peut pas retrouver les nombres précédents. Google Play traite l'achat unique facultatif qui passe la limite de deux à huit dettes et active l'export CSV. Nilfold utilise Play Billing pour demander si le produit est possédé et pour afficher le prix renvoyé par Play. L'application ne reçoit pas le numéro de carte. La bibliothèque Billing utilise l'autorisation Internet. Il n'y a pas de SDK publicitaire ni d'analyse. L'application déclare Internet. Play Billing ajoute aussi une autorisation d'état du réseau. Les deux servent à l'achat ou à la restauration. Nilfold ne demande pas les notifications, les contacts, les photos, la position, l'appareil photo, le microphone ni un service de premier plan. Après l'achat, l'export CSV crée un fichier en cache et ouvre la feuille de partage. Le fichier ne va que là où vous l'envoyez. Nilfold ne vend pas de données.
