Glaslog — Patakaran sa privacy

Glaslog is an Android app that stores aquarium test numbers on the phone where it is installed. This policy describes that app. Glaslog does not judge whether water is safe, and it is not a medical, veterinary, or water-treatment service.

Accounts

Glaslog does not ask you to create an account, and it does not offer a sign-in. There is no Glaslog user profile on a server operated by PocketFoundry.

Data stored on the phone

The app saves a local file that can contain tank names and notes, parameter names and units, readings (the number, the date stored at noon in the phone's time zone, and an optional note), whether the one-time unlock is recorded on this phone, whether the sample tank has already been created, and whether the sample notice has been dismissed. That file stays in the app's private storage. Glaslog does not upload it.

You can edit or delete a tank, a parameter, or a reading inside the app. Deleting a tank also deletes its parameters and readings. Uninstalling the app removes the local file from that phone. A new phone does not receive the old readings.

Purchases

Google Play processes the optional one-time purchase that raises the tank limit and enables CSV export. Glaslog uses the Play Billing library to ask whether that product is owned and to show the price Play returns. The app does not receive your card number. Google's handling of payment data is covered by Google's own policies.

The Billing library uses the Internet and network-state permissions. Glaslog does not add an advertising SDK, an analytics SDK, or permissions for location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

Sharing

CSV export, after the one-time purchase, creates a file on this phone and opens the system share sheet. The file goes only where you send it. Glaslog does not sell data and does not share the reading file with a server of its own.

Children

Glaslog is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
