Lardow — Patakaran sa privacy

Lardow is an Android app that keeps a food expiry list on the phone where it is installed. You type a name and a date. Lardow groups that date. It does not decide whether food is safe to eat, and it is not a medical or food-safety service.

Accounts

Lardow does not ask you to create an account, and it does not offer a sign-in. There is no Lardow user profile on a server operated by PocketFoundry.

Data stored on the phone

The app saves a local file that can contain place names, food names, the zone you chose (fridge, freezer, or pantry), the date you entered, an optional note, whether an item is still in stock or marked used or discarded, whether a row is an example, whether the one-time unlock is recorded on this phone, whether the sample list has already been created, whether the sample notice has been dismissed, whether reminders are turned on, and whether finished items are shown. That file stays in the app's private storage. Lardow does not upload it.

You can edit or delete an item inside the app. Remove examples deletes only example rows. Uninstalling the app removes the local file from that phone. A new phone does not receive the old list. Android backup is turned off for this app, so the list is not copied by Android backup.

Notifications

If you turn reminders on, the app can post a notification at 09:00 local time on the day before a date you entered. Android may ask for notification permission at that moment. If you decline, the list still works and no reminder is posted. Lardow does not request an exact-alarm permission.

Purchases

Google Play processes the optional one-time purchase that raises the place limit from one to four and enables CSV export. Lardow uses the Play Billing library to ask whether that product is owned and to show the price Play returns. The app does not receive your card number. Google's handling of payment data is covered by Google's own policies.

The Billing library uses the Internet and network-state permissions. Lardow does not add an advertising SDK, an analytics SDK, or permissions for location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

Sharing

CSV export, after the one-time purchase, creates a file on this phone and opens the system share sheet. The file goes only where you send it. Lardow does not sell data and does not share the list with a server of its own.

Children

Lardow is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
